Teacher's Note
This scope and sequence provides a suggested order of teaching these topics.
This textbook is not designed to be worked through in a linearly. The topics are divided into chapters that can help you address your course learning outcomes more specifically. Some of these topics will require additional practice. This book is not meant to be an in-depth discussion on any of these topics, but rather to give an overview and introductory practice that you can build on within your own course.
