We would also like to particularly remember Professor Steven P. Schinke (1945-2019), Founding Faculty Director of CSSW’s Online Campus. Many of the chapter authors in this book were Steven’s students, worked with him on online courses, and/or were awarded a Steven P. Schinke Teaching Innovation Award; in this way, this book is an example of his legacy as a leader in online higher education. Three of the editors had the privilege of working with him as Online Campus administrators, and will always be grateful for the impact he had on our lives.
