We would also like to particularly remember Professor Steven P. Schinke (1945-2019), Founding Faculty Director of CSSW’s Online Campus. Many of the chapter authors in this book were Steven’s students, worked with him on online courses, and/or were awarded a Steven P. Schinke Teaching Innovation Award; in this way, this book is an example of his legacy as a leader in online higher education.
