Dr. Ingrid Guerra-López is Interim Dean of the College of Education and Professor of Learning Design and Technology at Wayne State University. Dr. Guerra-López is an internationally recognized expert in human performance systems with a focus on needs assessment and planning, monitoring and evaluation, and strategic alignment of training and performance improvement interventions.
