Ruta Joshi is a Ph.D. Candidate in Learning Design and Technology at Wayne State University. Her research interest is in assessing needs and exploring the influence of technology on training and performance improvement professionals, focusing on enhanced access and use of data for needs assessment and diagnostic processes.
