Dr. Kulo is an Associate Professor in the Health Professions Education program at the University of Maryland, Baltimore. Her research interests include instructional design, learner engagement, student assessment, and evaluation of innovative educational programs. She received her MS and EdD in Instructional Design and Technology from Lehigh University.
