Chris Millet is currently the Director of Penn State World Campus Learning Design, where he oversees the instructional design of over 45 academic programs, as well as policies and processes related to online education. His current work focuses on retention, learning analytics, and organizational effectiveness. Chris is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Learning, Design, and Technology at Penn State.
