Perien J. Boer holds a Doctorate in Education Technology with specialisation in Instructional Technology and Media from Columbia University. She is a senior Lecturer at the University of Namibia and teaches in the Masters of Education program. Her research interest is focused on the nexus of technology and culture, technology policy, and technology integration in k-12 and higher education.
