Kevin Oliver is a Professor of Learning, Design, and Technology at North Carolina State University in Raleigh. His research focuses on student acquisition of cultural and scientific outcomes in technology-rich distant (online/abroad) and informal learning settings. He co-directs the CIDRE professional development program discussed in this paper.
