Colleen Griffiths is a learning program manager at Amazon and has 6 years' experience in the learning and development field. She currently oversees training for 8,000 employees worldwide. Colleen authored several articles for Fractus Learning about ways to improve the learning experience, and presented at the 2016 E-Learn World Conference in Washington, D.C. She has an M.S. in Instructional Technology, and an M.A. in History, both from UNC Wilmington. Colleen lives in Seattle, Washington.
