Justin Sentz is the Deputy Chief Information Officer & Executive Director of Academic Technology and User Services at Shippensburg University. His research interests focus on the management of cognitive load by instructional design practitioners as they select and implement instructional strategies, message design, content sequencing, and modes of delivery in multiple domains for learners with varying levels of expertise. Justin is a member of AECT, ISPI, and QM IDA. He completed his doctorate in instructional design and technology at Old Dominion University.
