Brent Hoard is an instructional designer and e-learning developer with expert-level knowledge of enterprise project management, solution analysis and development, and human performance support. He possesses more than a decade of managerial experience, including budget and resource management, and summative/confirmative outcome analysis. He is currently the Director of Web Services at Randolph-Macon College.
