Dr. Bagdy studies informal Learning, instructional design, program evaluation, K-12 technology integration, social media environments as informal learning spaces, digital and media literacy, teacher professional development, and the evaluation of open educational resources. She received her Ph.D. in Instructional Systems and Learning Technologies from Florida State University.
