Andy Rollins, PMP, CPT is a Health Equity Strategy Lead on the Health Equity Innovation, Solutions and Transformation team at Humana. Andy leads the health literacy education portfolio which includes strategic planning, executing pilots, vendor relationship management, and developing learning resources. During her fifteen-year tenure with Humana, Andy has championed revolutionary initiatives in value-based care, provider tools, payment design, and claims processing. Andy has served as the architect for developing clinical tools and educational programs in conjunction with the University of Houston through the Humana Integrated Health System Sciences Institute, with a focus on value-based care, health equity, and social determinants of health. Andy is based out of Sarasota, Florida, and is passionately committed to developing innovative strategies, programs, and pilots that identify and address health disparities for Humana members.
