Faith Obanua

Faith Obanua, MS, PMP is a Health Equity Strategy Lead on the Health Equity Innovation, Solutions and Transformation team at Humana. In this role, Faith provides strategic thought leadership and leads end-to-end program design for health equity initiatives. As part of this, Faith works to develop, operate, and scale innovative pilots, gaining useful insights to drive business value. Faith currently leads both the all-associate health equity and the clinician cultural humility/implicit bias education portfolios. She also serves as the Council Coordinator for Humana’s inaugural Health Equity Advisory Council, which comprises senior leaders from across the company coming together with a goal to create a structure for accountability around Humana’s health equity strategy. Faith holds a master’s degree in technology project management from the University of Houston. She joined Humana in June 2020 to focus on efforts with academic relationships, leading projects and initiatives driven by Humana’s partnership with the University of Houston, and then transitioned to Health Equity work. Prior to joining Humana, Faith worked with several large multinational organizations in a range of industries, focusing on IT Project & Contracts Management, Organizational Strategy and other related disciplines, spanning over 16 years.
