Stephanie Gilstrap is a doctoral student in the Learning, Design, and Technology program at the University of Georgia and an Instructional Designer in the University of Georgia’s Office of Online Learning. Her research interests focus on developing sustainable design solutions and in the role of coaching in instructional design relationship.
