Dr. Chelsea McNeely is Director of Southeast Online and Early College Programs at Southeast Missouri State University. Her research interests are in supporting faculty in delivering flexible learning opportunities and distance student support. Her flipped student service model for distance students is nationally recognized by the Online Learning Consortium as an effective practice.
